Wow, it is hard to believe we are ready to begin the school year. Allow me to introduce myself-
I am Lori Rolewicz and I am your child's E.C. classroom teacher. I would like to welcome back
all of the returning families and extend a special welcome to families joining us for the first time.
First, a little bit about myself.
This year will be my 11th year of teaching (which is very hard for me to believe).
My background is in Early Childhood special education as I have always worked with young children-
initally Kindergarten and 1st graders and for the past 5 years Early Childhood (3-6 year olds).
I have an undergrad degree in Communication Disorders and postgrad degrees in
Early Childhood Education and Special Education- with a special interest in Assistive Technology.
I currently live in the near south side of Chicago with my dog Monty.
I love to do yoga, take long walks, and eat out with my friends.
