KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Arbor
Park School
District 145 will be taking appointments for Kindergarten
registration/screening for the fall 2008/09 school year. Please
call between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. at 532-6434.

| Children
who will
be five years old on or before September 1, 2008 are eligible for the
2007/08 Kindergarten Class. |
| The
registration/screening will be held March 17th and 18th, 2008 at
Kimberly
Heights School, 6141 Kimberly Drive, Tinley Park, IL. At this
time, parents are required to present: |

| The State of
Illinois
requires a current physical and dental on the first day of school. |
| Kindergarten
classes are
1/2 day sessions. AM session is 9:30 - 12:00. PM
session is 1:00 - 3:30 |

information about
placement will be sent home in June. All students will be bussed
from and to their home address unless a special transportation form is
filled out at registration. |

certificates for children born in Cook County can be obtained at the
Cook County Clerk's Office, 16501 South Kedzie Avenue, Markham, IL
