2011/12
KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION

Registration
& Screening for Kindergarten for the 2011/2012 school year will be
held April 18th,
2011 for new students not already in our Pre-K Program and on April 19th, 2011 for students that attended our Pre-K Program.
|
| Children
who will
be five years old on or before September 1, 2011 are eligible for the
2011/12 Kindergarten Class. |
| Registration
will be at
Kimberly
Heights School, 6141 Kimberly Drive, Tinley Park, IL. At this
time, parents are required to present: |

residency (at least 3 documents)

Two Emergency numbers

| The State of
Illinois
requires a current physical, dental and eye exam by the first day
of school. |
| PTO will offer you the opportunity of
purchasing a school kit which will meet the requirements of the
Kindergarten supply list. We also encourage you to join PTO.
All of the money collected is returned to the building for
assemblies,
etc. A PTO family membership is $10.00. |
Kindergarten
classes will be a full day. The full day session is 8:30 am -
1:30 pm.

placement will be sent home in August. All students will be
bussed
from and to their home address unless a special transportation form is
filled out at registration. |

certificates for children born in Cook County can be obtained at the
Cook County Clerk's Office, 16501 South Kedzie Avenue, Markham, IL
