* Please note that since the referendum did not pass this last Spring, we have no librarians in our district.  Students will go down to the library to check out books with their classroom teacher and have silent reading.  The Scarlet Oak Library is currently closed since the books are not prepared yet for checkout by students.  Students need to bring their own book for silent reading time since the school library is not yet available to them.

*The school district received stimulus money from the U.S. government for improvements to the school buildings. Scarlet Oak is using that money to refurbish our school library.   This money received was a one time offer.
