Reminder: There will be nationwide test of the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) beginning at 1:18 p.m.

All FOIA requests must be submitted in writing to either of the FOIA Officers via personal delivery, mail, electronic mail or fax. If you are submitting a FOIA request through email, please be sure to identify your email request by indicating in the subject line that it is a FOIA REQUEST. This will help us to identify any email FOIA requests that may be automatically sent to the District’s junk email box as a result of the filters on the District 145 computer systems. 

No fees shall be charged for the first fifty (50) pages of black and white letter or legal sized copies. Thereafter, a fee of $.15 per page may be charged for copying black and white letter or legal sized documents. If a person requesting public records desires to have them delivered to him or her, the District will include the reasonable cost of postage in the fees charged. 

We will respond to all regular FOIA requests for information no later than 5 business days after receipt of the request. Commercial requests can expect a response no later than 21 business days after receipt of the request.
