Dear Arbor Park 145 Families,
Welcome to our 2023-2024 school year. I hope everyone had a wonderful summer full of much needed rest and fun! The principals will soon be sending out welcome letters and so I wanted to share some new team additions and changes first.
Mr. Scot Pierce is now serving as our Principal at Large. He will be available to all schools in the areas of safety, security, efficiency, and coverage. As we continue to bolster our efforts and resources in all aspects of safety, from hallways to streets and from classrooms to buses I am looking forward to this additional support. You will see him at all buildings and areas and his input and expertise will impact all of our families and staff.
Mr. Tom Flynn will continue to serve as the Principal of Arbor Elementary and Scarlet Oak this year as the transition to uniting our grades 1-4 in the future new Scarlet Oak building continues! We also welcome Ms. Elizabeth Taylor as our new Scarlet Oak secretary!
Mrs. Trista Miller and Mr. Charles Willard are now the Leads in our Ops department and Ms. Rachael Aguirre is our new Assistant Transportation Coordinator.
Lastly, Mr. Fred Baumann is our new Assistant Principal at APMS!

We have other new faces joining our team also but I'll let the building principals introduce them to you at our moving in and curriculum nights.
