e-Learning procedures are outlined for each building below:

KHS

Kindergarten 

In preparation for our e-Learning Day on Friday, January 23rd, KHS kindergarten students should have their devices fully charged. Students will log into Microsoft Teams to access their virtual classroom.

Please ensure students are logged in and ready to be invited into class by their teachers at 8:30 a.m.

Below are a few reminders to help us have a successful e‑Learning day:

Please make sure your student's device is fully charged overnight.

Students should sign on to their classes at 8:30 a.m.

Students will be invited into their classes by their teachers.

Teachers have practiced with students how to access their virtual classes.

Attendance will be taken by the teachers.

If your student will be absent, please call the attendance line at (708) 532‑6434.

Preschool:

Due to inclement weather, Kimberly Heights School will shift to e‑Learning on January 23, 2026.

Because of previously scheduled screenings, Preschool sessions were already canceled for January 23rd. However, we encourage families to complete the Day 1 activities located in the yellow envelope labeled “Snow Day” that was sent home.

Since this was already a non-attendance day, attendance will not be taken for preschoolers.

 

 

AES

This is a reminder that all students will be participating in e-Learning on Friday, January 23rd. There will be no in-person instruction, students will attend class virtually through their school issued device. 
Below are a few reminders to help us have a successful e-learning day:

Please make sure your student's device charges fully overnight. 

Students should sign on to their classes at 9:25 AM.

Students will be invited into their classes by their teachers following their normal schedule.

Teachers have practiced with students how to get into their classes.

The school day will conclude at 3:15 PM.

Attendance will be taken by teachers.

SOS

This is a reminder that all students will be participating in e-learning on Friday, January 23rd. There will be no in-person instruction, students will attend class virtually through their school issued device. 
Below are a few reminders to help us have a successful e-learning day:

Students should sign on to their classes at 8:55 AM.

Students will be invited into their classes by their teachers following their normal schedule.

Teachers have practiced with students how to get into their classes.

The school day will conclude at our regular scheduled time at 3:00 PM.

Attendance will be taken by teachers.

If your student will be absent, please call the attendance line at 708-687-5822.

APMS


On Friday, 1/23, APMS will be having an e-learning Day. APMS students should have their devices charged overnight and ready to start the day at 7:48am. Students will log into their devices and be invited into classes by their teachers on TEAMS. Students will follow their normal schedule 7:48am -2:25pm. It is expected for students to have cameras on and engaged with teachers in their classes. Any absences must be reported. Please remember to call in the absence to the school's attendance line by 7:30am.  There will be no APMS activities/sports on Friday, 1/23. Any questions regarding Friday, 1/23, please contact the APMS Main Office.
