Informational Packets

Due to the increase of intentionally damaged devices over the last few years, we have had to make the following changes in order to sustain a 1:1 program (where each student has a device assigned). This shift also reflects our goal of teaching students responsibility and care for the tools they use daily. Just like textbooks or other school materials, students are expected to treat their devices with respect and take ownership of their condition. We also ask that parents are involved and check devices often to know the status and condition of assigned devices and accessories.

We will no longer process any “warranty coverage” or “warranty claims.” All damage, regardless of how it occurred—will be treated the same. Damage is damage. To help families understand the process, please refer to the Damage Chart (below), which outlines the steps and associated costs for each incident. As part of our updated policy, the first and second damage incidents now carry a reduced cost compared to previous years, while still encouraging responsible device care.

All parents and guardians are asked to review the new process for technology devices.
